Open Account, choose Security, and follow the in-app verification steps. Contact support if your secure session expires repeatedly or you no longer control a required verification method.
Open the newest invitation link using the exact invited email. Owners control manager access; managers control employee access according to their restaurant permissions.
Rescan the QR code for the correct table or event, confirm every required response, and submit once the form is complete. Tell restaurant staff directly about every allergy or dietary need.
Allow notifications in device Settings, confirm an internet connection, and reopen the app. Restaurant staff should also verify they are signed into the correct location and role.
ServeGuard is supplemental and is not an emergency or medical service. Always speak directly with restaurant staff. If an emergency may exist, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
Deleting an app from your phone does not delete the account. Use the in-app account controls so the request can be verified securely.
In the ServeGuard diner app, open Account, choose Security, then choose Delete Account and complete the requested sign-in verification.
In ServeGuard Restaurant, open the employee Account screen, choose Security, then Request Account Deletion. Operational access is removed immediately. Sign back in within seven days to cancel before permanent deletion.
The restaurant owner controls manager access. Ask the owner to remove the manager from Staff. The removal deletes the linked ServeGuard manager account and access records.
Open the owner Account screen, choose Security, and request deletion. The restaurant is archived during the recovery period. ServeGuard emails the owner and records the request for support follow-up.
